Products

We take great care to ensure every product description and photograph accurately represents the item you will receive.

Many of our collections are individually finished or handcrafted, meaning slight variations in colour, texture or finish may naturally occur. These small differences are not defects but part of the unique character and charm of each piece.

All measurements are approximate. Please check dimensions carefully before purchasing, particularly when buying for dolls’ houses or display scenes.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Collections

Some Grand Charys collections are handcrafted or individually finished especially for each customer.

These items require additional preparation time before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Where an item requires a longer production time, this will always be stated within the product listing.

We appreciate your patience while your miniature is being carefully prepared.

Dispatch & Delivery

Ready-to-dispatch items are normally posted within the timeframe shown on the product listing.

Handcrafted collections may require additional processing time before dispatch.

Delivery estimates provided by Royal Mail or other couriers are intended as guides only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery times rests with the postal carrier.

Packaging

Every Grand Charys order is individually inspected and packaged with great care using protective materials suitable for delicate miniature items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Returns

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Once we receive and inspect your return item, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition.

Personalised, customised and made-to-order items cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Decorative Display Items

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are intended for decorative display purposes.

Miniature lights, fans and similar accessories may be non-working display pieces where described within the individual listing.
